Hello,

My Canon i850, previously working fine, has suddenly started printing
from only the yellow and black ink catridges. The Cyan and Blue were
previously working and have plenty of ink. I have run the Cleaning and
Deep Cleaning utilities several times, but yellow and black continue to
be the only colors that will print. Obviously something is "stopped
up", but it isn't something that standard cleaning procedures will
resolve.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I meant to say that it's stopped printing the cyan and magenta
colors. Anyway, same basic problem

and check the forums for help on recovering what is probably a clogged
printhead, if there is no appropriate post then ask those helpful people for
assistance.
