hi everyone,

I brought a canon i350 printer today, and have set it up
as the book told me to, but I keep getting the error message from the set up
cd that it can not find the usb
printer port and pulling out my hair - lol !

has anyone any ideas please ?

Try installing the drivers before you connect the printer (if you
haven't tried that). Make sure the printer is turned on.

Do You have USB enabled in the BIOS?

What OS do you use ?
Are you sure your USB ports connected to the MB ?

I think I must have USB enabled in the BIOS?

as my Digital camera works from a usb port ok
