Hi, can smb give a hint for Canon Canoscan 5200F? I need to make couple
of scans of 35 mm microfilms attached to window cards. I made a trial
with putting the frame on the centerline for cover light and made scan
with the bundled graphics program with both positive and negative
filmscan setting. Result however is speckled garbage. I also made black
and white paper windowed frames for the film. But no help... Scanner
should be working - normal picture scanning works ok. Do I need some
special hardware or software?
