Canon Digital Camera (A40)

I want the pictures to load automatically when the camera
is connected.
Canon says to go to device manager, imaging, "Events Tab"
and select the file to open. However, ther is no events
tab?

What operating system are you running? XP, Windows 98,
Mac???

Hi Jim,

The events tab comes up after you right click on your camera in device
manager and then select properties.
What response did you get when you connected the camera before?

When I plug in the camera, an blank events screen comes
up (No options) When I go to Properties in the device
mgr. I get generl and driver tabs (no events)

I am using Windows XP home edition
No events tab shows up in device manager
