Hi to everyone. I have a Canon Multpass C5500 printer. When I last used it, which was on Friday, it was fine. I came in this morning and now it will not feed the paper to print. I have to manually put it in until it catches and then it will print. I cannot print multiple pages, as once I put in the first page and it feeds and prints, I get an error message that then next page will not print. I have to cancel the print and start all over again, printing and telling each page to print separately. I have looked for any type of obstruction but cannot find any. It just won't pull the paper from the tray.

Thanks for any help or suggestion you might have to get me up and running again.

Thanks, but that is not going to work, as I don't have any problem communicating with the printer, just the printer itself will not properly feed the document. I spoke with Canon and they basically said it would have t come to the shop and be worked on/looked at.

I had the same problem!

Reinstalled the drivers and hey presto it worked and that was six months ago and still going strong.

Try it if it still wont work then take it to Canon as printers are very delicate.
