Hi,

I've got a problem with Canon BJC-6200 printer. It doesn't print out any
black colour. I've installed new black ink cartridge and print head. I've
also cleaned the print head contactors in the printer. All the settings
should also be ok. What could be the reason for this?

Hello,

I would recommend that you contact canon to have them troubleshoot
with you. If your printhead is less than 90 days old then they will
replace it for you. They carry a 90 day limited warranty. If after
this replacement comes, you still experience problems then you would
need to have the printer looked at by a service center.
