I picked up a Canon BJC-4100 at a garage sale.

I put a pack of 10 sheets of paper in, but it doesn't seem as though the
printer accepts or loads paper.

When I turn the machine on, the green power LED flashes constantly.

I think the plastic part the the paper lays on is supposed to partially
close when it feeds paper, doesn't it? That doesn't happen.

What could be the problem?

How many beeps?
