i got this printer over 12 months ago, but every time i change the
black cartridge i have a problem getting it to print anything with
black in it (text or pictures ), just got a new cartridge and it
happened again, only this time even the colour is playing up. i tried
cleaning and anything else that my comp allows, but i am now at the
stage where i would gladly throw it out the window.....please some one
have some ideas, i don't want to buy a new one.
