It's always a good idea to count the number of flashes of each color.... and
then look at the Canon website for error messages. Also to post the exact
model of printer.... eg BJC6200, ip6200 etc etc... model numbers vary over
the world, so the Canon Australia website would be the ideal place to start.

The most common error would be the Waste Tank Full... and the reset for this
