Click "Control Panel" select the "Scanners and Cameras"
1. Select your scanner, right-click on it and from the context menu
choose "Properties".
2. Click the "Events" tab and select a scanner event, for instance the
pushing of a scanner button (most scanners offer an OCR button).
3. Under "Actions", select ArcSoft "Start This Program" then click
"OK".
