Does IP address of your mail server have a valid reverse DNS entry? MSN and
Hotmail (as well as other providers) will not accept mail from you if you do
not.
Go to
www.dnsstuff.com and the second test in the middle column is the
Reverse DNS lookup test. Enter the public IP address of your mail server
and click the RevDNS button and make sure it comes up correctly and matches
the forward DNS (i.e. mail.company.com).
