cann't send E-Mails with outlook 2007

's Computer Specifications

I get the following message when I try to send an E-Mail. "cannot create the
e-mail message because a data file to send and receive messages cannot be
found".
System is XP Professional and I just installed outlook 2007 and this message
prevents me from sending e-mails.

Are you trying to send msgs after starting Outlook, or are you sending msgs
from a web site?
