cannott delete folders

Hello

We believe one of our servers has been hacked (know).
Someone has put 2 folders on the drive and filled them up
with movies, software etc. We have tried to delete these
folders which run very deep and continue to get "could not
find correct path or filename" error. weve change
dpermissions ect but these folders do not wanr to delete.
Does anyone know why? and how to get rid of them?
