When trying to join an XP Pro workstation to a 2000
domain I get the following error:

The following error occured attepting to join the
domain "XXX": The specified server cannot perform the
requested operation.

After trying and failing to join the domain I would go
into the Active Directory and under Computer accounts it
would list the name of the workstation that I am trying
to join to the domain but the account would be disabled.
Even after enabling it and trying to join the domain
again, I still get the error. Any assistance would be
most appreciated.
