Cannot wake up from hibernation mode?

When I manually hibernate XP by using H button, and wake up by scheduling
task, it works fine, but

when I hibernate XP using batch file with following code, XP cannot wake up
by scheduling task.

%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState Hibernate

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem is?
