Cannot view System Drivers

I've always been able to view the drivers on my "System Information" - both
categories: System Drivers and Signed Drivers. The screen for Signed drivers
takes a little time to open, but no longer shows anything. This means I
can't find the driver versions and dates of anything. The only thing that
has changed on my machine is a change in the Internet Security program. Or
has Windows Updates made this change?
