Until a few days ago, I could view screenshots sent to me by others. For some

Care to share some configuration details on this?
Version of Outlook?
What do you see now instead?
How are they send to you and in which format?
What did you change since "a few days ago"?

Hi

Outlook 2003 SP3, ANd all I see now is the header and footer, no pic.I
receive the mail with the pic being a printscreen, not sure of the format. I
have changed nothing nor have i loaded or unistalled any programmes.

So the picture is inserted in the message body and not as an attachment?
See if emptying your Temporary Internet Files solves it. You can do thisvia;
Control Panel-> Internet Options...
