What exactly do you mean? Does the Start>All Programs menu not exist at
all or are you just missing entries for many programs on the Limited
user's All Programs list? If the latter, log in with an account that
has administrative privileges, right-click on Start and Explore All
Users. Drag and copy program shortcuts to the Limited user's Start
menu.

Malke-
Thanks for your reply. When I click on Start, Programs, there is nothing
there, Zero. I'm puzzled. If i change the account to Administrator, it's
fine. Thanks for any help. ((E-Mail Removed))

I assume that you mean the Start>Programs function works but that there
are no entries. That is strange, but just create the entries by
duplicating the Start menu from your account as I suggested before.
