Cannot view complete source for web page in IE

I am not able to view the complete html for the following web page
using view page source in IE or firefox(and I am not refering to html
that are inside the frames )

or any page in that website
Using view page source, (does not display the html text of the main
content, should have some text in the article)

I am only able to save the page in FIREFOX browser and use view source
again on the saved page ,
(html text of the main article is displayed on the saved page)

Can anyone enlighten me as to what is going on here?Thks
