Cannot view Bitmap image when pasted in Outlook 2003 mail

Hello,

I have been trying to paste the image as bitmap image in Outlook mail, after
copying it from the Excel 2003 as bitmap image. However, when I paste the
bitmap image in Outlook. The image appears while image, I cannot view the
picture clearly. Also, when when I right click on the image the Format
Picture is grayedout.

1. I tried opening the Outlook 2003 in Outlook Safe Mode for no Add-on mode
- Still issue persists.

2. I tried in Clean Boot mode- still issue persists.

I would like to know is there any settings that needs to be changed. I even
checked the artile Kb246186, but even this does not help to resolve the issue.
