Hi!

One of our user cannot view the picture attached in the body of the message.
But everytime She replied to the sender (click the reply or forward button)..
its the time time she coud see the picture. I already update the Office 2003
and Windows XP but still it didnt work. I checked the settings and its
already in html format and it allows the attachements.

If it's truly an attachment, then Outlook won't show it in the Reading Pane,
if that's what you mean. The image must be embedded for that to happen.

I mean the picture is embedded with the message. I tried to send it to
myself but it works just fine. But on our user it doesnt display the picture
instead it is a box with X on the upper left corner.

We have the same problem and ours are embedded images. We do not have it
blocked to show downloaded pictures in the settings. Help?

We also do not have the option to right click on the X and show picture.
