when she opens the calendar, right click on the calendar
and click on customize current view. click on
the "Fields" button and ensure that the start and end
fields say "start" and "end" ONLY!! (the quotations are
not necessary. I had a similiar problem with a user and
that fixed the problem. She could then see appointments.
