Tell us how you try to view these files.
You double click on it to open the file? Your picture file viewer is Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer? When you double click to open a file, tell us what
happens. Nothing? You get an error message?

I had used up all of my harddrive space on pictures. purchased an external
fard drive and moved out all my pictures. moved them back in to copy to disk
and i cannot see several of the pictures in the folder. using windows picture
and fax viwer and several other programs. i get a message stating that
preview is not available. i have tried to copy the pictures to other folders
and that has not helped. running out of options on how to fix this.
