Cannot Validate Documents - text/plain problem

Hi guys,

I cannot upload HTML documents to a validator (like at w3.org) since
installing XP SP2, it sends them as 'content-type: text/plain'; is there a
fix for this ?

There is a registry hack but it causes undesirable side effects.

A lot of people have this problem.
