I have Frontpage 2003 and am teaching myself to use it. Problem: I have been
unable to insert simple gif graphic in place of bullets for a list.I right
clik the list,go to list properties--picture bullets--specify pic--when I try
to browse, 2 things happen: 1. It won't let me open but very few files in "My
documents" to select out of one of those folders. 2. I imported the graphic I
wanted to use into the images file on my website, and the browse box does let
me open the image in that file. But when I press okay, all that appears next
to my list items is boxes with X in them. Any suggestions? I have tried many
things and can't figure this out. I saved the image as gif from MS Word, and
also from paintshop pro. I also tried preview and preview in browser options.
The graphic never shows up as my bullet. I am a BEGINNER. All help
appreciated. thanks.
