Hi,

Currently, I have the Send As permission as another user. When i tried using
mailmerge to send on behalf of the user, the receipient sees my regular name
instead of the person that I'm suppose to send on behalf of. Any reason why
for this behaviour, or is this a restriction?

This is a restriction. If you have sufficient permissions you can also
create a mail profile with that mailbox as the primary mailbox and the do
the mail merge.
