When I try to defrag, a box comes up and says it may be because the file does
not exist, is not an MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC.
May also be because you do not have sufficient rights to the file. Never had
this prob before. Any solutions?

I've only seen one fix for defrag from microsoft,its kb922379
