cannot upload scores

I cannot upload my scores from Hexic, Cubis, or many of
those types of games. It does work on Jeopardy, Wheel of
Fortune and some others.
I have written Microsoft but no answer. I have deleted
the Jave under Sun/Java, but still no luck.
Any suggestions?
