On install, when I try to manually update, I get the
message, "Warning, could not connect to the Internet." I
have an always-on DSL connection through a router, I am
connected to the Internet but the program doesn't
recognize it. Turned off Zone Alarm firewall and Norton
Go Back, but the program still wouldn't update. My
computer consultant says he's installed MSAS on 200
computers and never has seen this problem.

What to do?

John

Ironically, I get the same message on our two XP
machines. Any advice would be much appreciated!
