PLEASE HELP!! I cannot unlock my toolbars in IE 6.0. None
of the instructions in Help will help because when I right
click on any of the toolbars or on the menubar, all I can
is shadowed text that will not allow me to change or move
my toolbars. Can't figure out what I did to lock them or
how to get them unlocked. Driving me nuts trying to
figure this out.

!!!
Found that a website automatically downloaded a program
called "iSearch" into my browser. This program
automatically locks the toolbars and will not allow you to
move the bars or make any changes to the bars.
You cannot remove the program by deleting.
To remove from your computer, left click on the "iSearch"
logo, and select FAQ, then select "uninstall". You will
be prompted by an MS download window to install
the "uninstall" program. This is legitimate. Select Yes
and iSearch will be uninstalled. Once uninstalled you
toolbars will work again.

jy152083,
Make sure to check your HOSTS file also, as iSearch
hijacks that also and adds many entries to block many
known anti-spyware sites and forums.

Hi you can unlock the toolbars by actually using the IEAK.

In the wizard somewhere there is an option for
customizing toolbars. Just go thru it and you will know
yrself where to set the option.

Rgds.
