I continue getting the following dialogue box after the
windows installer tries to configure the update
download...
Windows Installer
This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a
valid windows installer patch package.
I cannot uninstall the existing program, as i get the
same message...?
Also, all 3 of the "real time protection agents" keep de-
activating themselves after i continually try to activate
them...???
Not very impressed with this program so far....
