I cannot uninstall an update - I've gone to Control Panel > Programs >
Programs and Features > Installed Updates and I see the updates that have
been installed. Per the instructions "To uniinstall an update, select it from
the list and then click "Uninstall" or "Change"". After I select the update
where is the "Uninstall or Change" that I'm suppose to click?

Some updates are not uninstallable. You could try System Restore to go back
to before you installed the update. A better idea would be to explain why you
want to do this. Maybe there's another solution.

Control Panel > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates > select the
Update and click 'Uninstall' or right click it and click 'Uninstall'.

JGT:
The "uninstall" will be on the tool bar after an update has been
highlighted or right clicking the update will give you an "uninstall" box to
select. Have a great day.

I wanted to uninstall "2007 MS Office Suite Service Pack 1" and when I select
it I do NOT get and "Uninstall" button but if I select an earlier "Installed
Update" I do see the Uninstall button - I did not check earlier items before.

I gave up on the Uninstall of the SP1 update and ran a system restore. This
action did not go as it should and I had to play more games to get Vista
working again.

You can't uninstall Office 2007 Service Packs, you have to just uninstall
the suite instead.

Some updates do not have an uninstall option as in this case with
Service Pack 1 for Office 2007:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/873125

What you see is normal and System Restore is another option is these
cases..

Thanks to all who responded. Because I could not uninstall the service pack I
restored to a previous point but the Business Contact Manager update
reinstall did not resolve my issues and things seemed to be worse. At this
point I reinstalled Vista Ultimate.
