I used WindowXP with Outlook 2007 had no problem with writing Chinese in
email header (subject). Recently I changed to use Window Vista and with the
same Outlook2007 now I found that I cannot write the email header in Chinese.
Reading/diaplay is no problem. The language bar just doesn't switch to
Chinese when I click on the "Subject" field.

Can anyone help?

What language version is Office and Vista? Do you have the appropriate
language pack(s) installed? Does it work if you try to compose a Word
document in that language?
