I recently had some trouble with a workstation at my office, and had to send
the machine in for repairs at the manufacturer. Before I sent the machine in
I did a transfer of the files and settings, including the contents of the
hard drive. I consequently stored the 19 GIG USMT2 Folder on a removable hard
drive.

I recieved the computer, repaired and the hard drive replaced, as the
previous one was faulty. When I wanted to restore the USMT files form the
external hard drive, nothing wanted to happen. I then copied the USMT folder
to the physical hard drive and still nothing happens. I get a message saying
that there are no files in the folder. I confirmed that they are there and
their sizes are also confirmed. This is the only backup I have of this user's
work and I will need to restore it very soon.

Any advice will be appreciated.
