Cannot sync Pocket PC business contacts

I recently had to reinstall Business contacts for Outlook. I was also using
Pocket PC business contacts on my HPrx3100. When I went to sync to two I get
"attention needed" and it asks my to disconnect the PDA and reconnect. This
does not resolve the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi

Can you tell me what happens when you click on Unresolved Items also what is
the version of Active Sync that your running ?Can you try deleting the
partnership and recreating the same.You could also try posting your problem
to microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync newsgroup.

Thank you for your response.

I am using ver 3.8.0.

When I click on unresoved items it gives me this message:

"Items of one or more information types cannot be sychronized. Disconnect
your device. To view all error messages and dialog boxes that require your
input, you must connect to this computer via infrared or srial/USB cable."

When I disconnect and reconnect the same thing happens again.

When I delet the partnership, I still get the attention required message
next to Business contacts.
