Cannot sync Outlook 2007 with Motorola Q using WMDC. PDA connects OK. Error
message seen on Sync Center is "ActiveSync encountered a problem with the
desktop". Note Active Sync is not installed on the PC, but it came loaded on
the Q. Have tried Outlook Diagnosis & Repair, changing Firewall. No luck.

Post this in a group for activesync such as microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync or microsoft.public.smartphones. Not an Outlook issue.
