Hi Janice,
Did you try going into Windows Safe Mode and remove the folders?
You could see if the process is found using Autoruns:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb963902.aspx
If so, uncheck the process or right click and delete it (I would uncheck
it first then reboot, if it works then delete it)
If it's not located using Autoruns, and you are comfortable editing the
registry, you could search out and remove all instances of the the exact
filename process. Make sure you have a good backup prior to editing the
registry.
