Application log errors would not be connected with the pc not starting hence
the request for system log entries.

an example of the error from system log:

' DCOM/10003 and the description '
"Access denied attempting to launch DCOM Server using default permission.
The server is ( along string). the user is unavailable/in available
SID=unavailable"

so what shall i do next. tks
