Outlook Express will not start up. Keep getting message "Outlook express has
encountered a problem and needs to close"
Error report opens with the following :-

AppName: msimn.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: msls31.dll
ModVer: 3.10.349.0 Offset: 0000db94

Need I add an EMail answer is not practicable under this situation.

This is really a question for an Outlook Express newsgroup. You
might try downloading & re-installing Internet Explorer - AFAIK,
it includes OE.
