I just installed Windows 7 from Vista and MS Office Pro 2007. Computer is 32
bit. The install was done at Digital River. I had done the Windows 7
compatibility test first and removed some Dell programs as recommended.
When I try to open MS Outlook 2007 nothing happens, no message error pops
up, nothing occurs.
Tried to change default programs but still unable to start Outlook.
I checked the forum and ran 'outlook.exe/resetnavpane' only to get error
that Windows cannot find the resource.
Help?

Does this happen even if you start Outlook in Safe Mode? (hold down CTRL
while you click the icon) See if this helps:
