All of a sudden I am getting an error when I try to start Office Outlook 2007
(Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook, Cannot open the Outlook window) I am
running XP and I have changed nothing since I last used Outlook, just
yesterday. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Try starting Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
(note the space in the command)

It's probably a corrupt navpane - see
