I cannot start the Outlook news reader (Outlook Express) from Outlook (2003
SP3) when it is set as the default news reader for Outlook. Outlook only
open an explorer window to the following directory:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033

If I then opens Outlook Express from outside of Outlook, Outlook Express ask
me if it shall be my default news reader. If I answer Yes then I can again
open Outlook news reader from within Outlook. It then asks me to be Outlooks
default newreader, and if I replies yes, then I'm not able to open news
subsequently from within Outlook.

What's wrong with my installation?

Thanks

Regards...

Select "No" when Outlook asks to be the default as you are using Outlook
Express.
