I cannot start MS Outlook 2007. Error message="Cannot start microsoft
outlook. Cannot open outlook window" Never had this problem prior to today.

Start Outlook with the resetnavpane switch and see if it works now;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
