CANNOT START MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2007

's Computer Specifications

i have been using microsoft out look for about a month
then one day i tried to open and i got a message
"cannot start microsoft outlook. the command line is not valid. verify the
switch you are using "

does anyone know how to correct or trouble shoot this
as i have not been able to fix it .

How do you start Outlook? Through some shortcut somewhere (Desktop,
Quick Launch, Start Programs)? Check the shortcut properties if any
program switches are used.

Try to run OL in Safe Mode (Start -> Run -> outlook /safe).

yes i have tried all of the ways to get in
but i still get "cannotstart microsoft outlook. the comand line argument is
not valid. verify the swich you are using.
iwas working fine on friday then
on monday stoped opening the program .

still not able to open even in safe mode dont know why
