Niether of those paths is the default Office 2007 path, which is
C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE \OFFICE12\
For you to have 2 of outlook.exe and presumably 2 of Winword.exe, Excel.exe
etc something or somebody has major messed with your system.
Assuming your data is backed up, and that you have the 2007 cd/dvd I think I
would uninstall all of Office, you may have to use
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218/en-us
Then reboot, recheck your Programs Folder and assuming Office has been
removed, then reinstall it
