Hi all, hope you can help me out... my machine is running
Windows 2000 server. When I tried to connect to my isp, I
noticed that my dial-up icon went missing. When I went to
the dial up networking folder, my connection wasn't there
anymore. I tried to setup another one, but in vain. From
the device manager, my modem is still there (Lucent
modem), but when I wen to the control panel --> Phone and
modem options, it rpompted me for the following
information: What country/region are you in now? What
area code? etc.... the problem is that in the drop down
menu for what country/region, there are no selection I can
choose from... it's blank. I cannot proceed to set up the
modem. Any suggestions... thanks.
