Cannot Sign in to Passport

I have a computer that, all of a sudden, will not let me
sign in passport through msn.com, MSN Explorer, or MSN
Messenger... For example, trying to sign in to Passport
via msn.com it just goes to "Page cannot be Displayed"

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help on this
issue.
