I have Windows 2000 profesional and a problem has
recently arose.................I cannot seem to be able to
shut down,restart or log off the system!.......The only
possible way is to manually push the power button on the
tower!!!....I have scanned the system repeatedly for any
viruses and there are none to be found!..........Please
help!

Outlook 2000 will cause this behavior. Check your task manager for multiple
instances of Outlook.
