When i try to setup a network i tick

Client
Qos
File
TCP/IP

Every time i click OK i get the message -

Your current selection will also disable the following components:
Client for Ms networks
File and print sharing for Ms networks
Are you sure you want to disable these components?

Only Qos and TCP/IP remain ticked, client and file have been cleared.

How can i fix this?

I have un/reinstalled client, Qos and file with no change.

Help needed please.

The network connection data structure is corrupted. Go to Device
Manager and un-install the network adapter that the connection uses,
which will also remove the network connection. Then, click Action >
"Scan for hardware changes", which will re-install the network adapter
and also create a new network connection.
