cannot set-up a 2nd e-mail account on microsoft outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

have followed all the instructions setting up a new e-mail address and 'test
account' was successful however cannot receive e-mails in my new e-mail
address - help please!!!

What happens when you try to receive mail from the account? Also, what kind
of account is it?

And, in addition to what Vince asks, how do you know the server has any
messages for you to receive?
